Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Some insurance plans require a referral or order from your doctor, and some do not. Call the office nearest you with your insurance details and we will help you find out exactly what your plan needs.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, any referral or order from your doctor, and a list of your current medications. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept all major insurance plans. Give us a call with your insurance information and we will help you check your coverage before your first visit.
How soon can I be seen?
We can often schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Call the office nearest you and we will do our best to get you in quickly.
Can you help me recover after surgery?
Yes. We regularly work with patients recovering from joint replacements, repairs, and other procedures, and we follow your surgeon's protocol so you heal safely.
